Marinapy is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for marinas and harbors to manage their operations, customer relations, invoicing, payments, and day-to-day tasks. It supports both marina staff and boaters with a white-labelled application and powerful back-office tools.

Marinapy is designed for marinas—particularly those with fewer than 1,000 berths—that are often underserved by traditional marina software (even though there is no strict size limit). The platform is designed for harbor masters, marina managers, operational staff, and their clients (boaters).

Most marinas worldwide already have their maps available in Marinapy, including berth layouts, sizes, and orientations. You can easily claim your marina, edit the map, and define your harbor limits—either manually or by uploading a KML file.

Yes. Marinapy offers built-in integration with the Stripe payment platform, enabling online payments, direct debits, and local e-wallets. It also supports manual payment methods such as cash, cheques, and wire transfers.

Yes. Marinapy can be integrated with your email domain (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) for direct communication and automated notifications.

Yes. The Freemium plan includes up to $4,000/month in invoicing. Beyond that, subscription is required.

The limit applies to a rolling 30-day window. If your marina invoices more than $4,000 in any 30-day period, you will need to upgrade.

You will be prompted to subscribe before you can issue more invoices.

Paid plans are billed monthly. Pricing is based on the marina’s invoicing volume and the features enabled, such as payment collection. For details, view our available plans.

Yes, basic support is included. Priority support is available for paying customers.

Yes. Marinapy is mobile-friendly and includes a boater-facing app and a responsive admin interface.

All data is securely stored in the cloud, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, and other applicable data protection regulations. Encryption and regular backups are included as part of our security measures.

Yes. You can export client lists, invoices, and operational data in standard formats (CSV, PDF, etc.).

Boaters access a mobile-friendly web portal where they can make bookings, request quotes, view and download invoices, make payments, schedule handling and services, and communicate with the marina.

Yes. The app is white-labelled with your marina’s logo, branding, and contact info.

Yes. The boater app is available on both platforms.

Yes. Data import tools and support are available for migrating from spreadsheets or other systems.
